Happy Trip is a mobile application that provides useful information for travelers visiting South Korea. The Service includes:
- Map-based restaurant information in South Korea: Information about verified restaurants in South Korea, including Michelin Guide and Blue Ribbon restaurants, with map-based navigation and location services
- Emergency contact information for South Korea: Essential emergency contact numbers and information for use in South Korea
- Airport usage tips: Helpful tips and information for using airports in South Korea
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

Restaurant information, emergency contact information, and other content, including but not limited to names, addresses, and descriptions, may be sourced from third parties and is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external sites or resources. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as:
- Naver Map for navigation and location services
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided through the Service, including restaurant information, emergency contact information, or airport tips. Information may change without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Happy Trip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any changes we make to the Service or any permanent or temporary cessation of the Service
- The deletion or corruption of any content or data maintained or transmitted through the Service
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Trip, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
9. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Happy Trip operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Happy Trip regarding the Service.
