  • Service Usage: Real-time GPS coordinates (for nearby search), uploaded photos, and GPS metadata embedded in photos (for post tagging).
  • Automated Data: Device identifiers (ADID/IDFA), service usage records, access logs, cookies, and payment history.

2. Purpose of Use

  • Account Management: Account creation, identity verification, password reset, and withdrawal processing.
  • Service Delivery: Providing real-time location-based information and community post management.
  • Paid Services: Processing "Ad-Free" feature purchases and in-app payments.
  • Analytics & Improvement: App error analysis (Crashlytics) and usage statistics (Mixpanel).

3. Retention and Deletion

  • Principle of Deletion: We delete personal information immediately after the purpose of collection is achieved.
  • Account Withdrawal: Upon withdrawal, profile and authentication data are immediately deleted or rendered unrecoverable.
  • Post Data: Deleted posts are hidden immediately but may be retained in our database for a certain period (Soft Delete) for dispute resolution or legal compliance.

4. Handling of Location Data

  • Real-time Location: GPS data used for nearby searches is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently on our servers.
  • Photo Location Data: Location data extracted from EXIF metadata during photo upload is stored in our database to tag the post.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to enhance our Service:

  • Google AdMob: For providing advertisements.
  • Google Firebase: For analytics and error reporting.
  • Mixpanel: For user behavior analysis and service improvement.
  • Apple/Google Payment Systems: For processing in-app purchases.

6. User Rights

Users can access, modify their information, or withdraw consent (via account deletion) at any time through the app settings.
