Tour Terms & Conditions

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Happy Trip (HAPPY TRIP, hereinafter "the Company") and participants when using the Company's tour services.
Article 2 – Tour Overview
The Company provides tour programs visiting various tourist attractions and landmarks throughout South Korea. Details of each tour (itinerary, inclusions, meeting point, etc.) can be found on the individual tour detail pages.
Article 3 – Booking & Payment
Tour bookings are made through the Company's official app or website. Reservations are confirmed upon completion of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent. Payment is accepted only through Company-designated methods including PayPal and cryptocurrency (Triple-A).
Article 4 – Photography & Image Rights
A professional photographer may accompany the tour and photograph tour activities, visited locations, and participants.
By participating in a tour, you agree to the following:
- Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to the Company's official social media accounts, website, app, printed materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Copyright of all captured images belongs to the Company.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide before the tour begins. The Company will respect such requests within reasonable limits.
- For participants under the age of 18, consent from a legal guardian is required.
Article 5 – Participant Responsibilities
Participants must follow the instructions of tour guides and treat fellow participants and local residents with respect. Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or violations of safety rules may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Article 6 – Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for confirming their own fitness to participate in a tour prior to booking. Please contact us in advance if you have any health conditions that may affect your participation. The Company is not liable for accidents or injuries arising from a participant's pre-existing health conditions.
Article 7 – Cancellation & Refunds
Tour cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Tour Refund Policy. Please refer to the Tour Refund Policy page for full details.
Article 8 – Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for tour cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government orders. The Company is also not liable for loss, theft, or injury resulting from a participant's own negligence.
Article 9 – Changes to Terms
The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with applicable laws or service policies. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the service's website or app.
