Detailed Tour Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests are processed based on Korea Standard Time (KST). In case of natural disasters, a full refund is possible after submitting supporting documents.

Additional Information

  • Changes to reservations must be made by canceling and re-booking.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 3-7 business days depending on the card issuer.
  • In case of cancellation due to provider circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued regardless of the timing.
